- You have 30 days to return an item
If you don’t like the item you bought, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return. - What can you return
You can only return items that are:- New, just like when you received them, with no signs of use.
- Not customized: if the item was made specifically for you (like a hand-painted bag or a custom print), it cannot be returned.
- How to make a return
- You need to send an email to info@sashasavona.com to request the return.
- After requesting the return, I will send you a return shipping label.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Remember, if you send the item back without first requesting a return, I won’t be able to accept it.
- If the product is damaged or wrong
If you notice that the item is damaged or not what you ordered when you receive the package, contact me right away so we can fix the issue. In this case, I will cover the return shipping costs. - Items that cannot be returned
- Made-to-order items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Returns for EU customers
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the item without needing to explain why. However, the item must be eligible for return. - Refunds
After I receive and inspect your return, I will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes it might take longer for your bank to process the refund.
